About Evan Holladay

Evan Holladay is an experienced real estate developer and investor known for his work in developing over $694 million in projects and over 2,600 multifamily units. He is the Founder and CEO of Holladay Ventures, a nationally recognized development company, where he and his team specialize in creating and investing in workforce, affordable, and mixed-income communities. Their approach is guided by intentional design, sustainability, and thoughtful place-making, all underscored by a commitment to providing supportive services in partnership with non-profit organizations. This holistic approach is aimed at creating better outcomes for residents and communities alike.

Evanā€™s passion for mentorship and education inspired him to create and lead Affordable Development Mastery (ADM), a 12-month mastermind and mentorship program that gives developers the roadmap, coaching, and partnerships they need to scale affordable housing developments. He is also a mentor for the Real Estate Developer Academy (RED), a collaborative effort with Amazon, ULMT, and Nashville State. In these programs, he serves as a teacher and mentor, sharing his expertise and guiding the next generation of real estate developers to help solve the affordable housing crisis.
